Purpose of The COCC
All services are held in English. The church helped establish a system of using Powerpoint presentations to aid parishioners in following the liturgy. Also, the church is the publisher of the popular "Holy Pimoly" animated series aimed at instructing children in the Orthodox faith using an easy-to-understand cartoon character.

A Statement from the Clergy Synod of the Diocese of Los Angeles Regarding the Non-Canonical Action of Choosing the Patriarch from among the Diocesan Bishops English Arabic Diocese High School Day: Saturday, May 19 (at the COCC): Liturgy, BBQ, sports, activities, and prizes. Family Retreat Registration is now open (Click here to register). It will be at the Twin Peaks center (same as last 2 years) during the Labor Day weekend. Limited number of rooms are available.
